IS2 Workforce Solutions is recruiting a Production Associate for a rapidly growing industrial mat cleaning company located in Waterloo, Ontario. This company services various companies throughout Waterloo Region, in an effort to provide exceptionally clean floor mats!

Responsibilities  

• Load and unload industrial sized washers/dryers with mats 
• Organize and sort finished products as per size and colour 
• Quality inspections (visual) 
• Ensuring work areas are clean and uncluttered 
• Other labour duties as required 

Qualifications

• At least 1yr of previous industrial experience required 
• Knowledge of GMPs and other safety protocols 
• Must have fantastic attendance records 
• Able to lift 45lbs 
• Must have steel toe shoes or boots 
• Looking for a long-term position and growth within a company 
• Must be able to work in a team environment 

Shifts 

• Afternoon Shift: 12:00pm to 8:00pm 
• No scheduled shift every other Monday 
• Over Time available and is paid at a rate of 1.5 after 44 hours (weekly) 

Pay Rate 

$18.00/hr to start
