Responsibilities will include: 

• Setting up/operating various CNC and Manual machines including both horizontal/vertical mills and lathes  
• Able to interpret blueprints and drawings including familiarity with GD & T 
• Performing changeovers as required  
• Using measuring instruments including verniers, calipers, gages and micrometers  
• Understanding speeds and feeds to modify machine/tool performance and longevity 

Qualifications: 

• Must have experience working in a manufacturing environment 
• Must be comfortable working with large product from 48” – 90” in diameter 
• Must have good tooling knowledge that includes inserts, drills, and taps 
• Attention to detail and accuracy required  
• Excellent communication skills in English  
• Knowledge of Fanuc and Toshiba controls an asset  
• Experience working with multiple materials an asset  
• Programming knowledge an asset  
• Crane operation an asset  

Shift Details: 

• Afternoon Shift: 2:00PM – 12:00AM
  • Monday-Thursday 

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent 

Salary: $25 – $30/hr
