We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team to ensure the quality and safety of our custom machinery and material conveyance equipment for the food, pharmaceutical and agricultural industry. As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures for the Tri-Mach group of companies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and production processes. It is crucial that the Quality Manager promote a positive company image through safety, quality, consistency, and professionalism.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy

  • Develop and implement the strategic marketing plan to drive revenue, including digital and traditional campaigns
  • Develop and oversee the annual marketing budget, ensuring financials are on target
  • Identify new opportunities for growth within the company’s existing customer base by researching potential buyers’ needs and buying habits
  • Maintain an analytics dashboard to present to the management team, reflecting KPI progress
  • Work closely with Sales and Product Development departments to understand the customer needs and market trends
  • Analyze potential new products/media to enhance the marketing/communications within the company

Leadership:

  • Oversee the marketing team to ensure both long- and short-term company goals are met
  • Hire, train, and evaluate the performance of the marketing team
  • Provide feedback and guidance to the marketing team on their projects and tasks
  • Always conduct oneself in a professional manner in alignment with Company values, including but not limited to language use, attire, and workmanship
  • In accordance with Company policy and relevant employment legislation, overtime and work outside of regular hours, and being on call may be required at the discretion of the company

Content:

  • Act as a leading contributor to both internal and external marketing assets, including brochures, graphics, videos, photos, and animations
  • Design and update new content across Tri-Mach Group websites via WordPress
  • Implement new multi-channel marketing campaigns through digital and physical channels
  • Communicate and negotiate with promotional partners as needed for joint marketing activities
  • Create internal campaigns and communications to foster employee morale and promote our culture
  • Provide guidance and support to Social Committee and Green team to increase branding, internally and externally
  • Identify and write submissions for various industry grants and corporate awards which pertain to our industry
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience working in a B2B environment
  • Minimum 2+ years of management experience
  • A degree or diploma with a focus in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or similar
  • Proven success designing and executing marketing and communications strategies and campaigns
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Must be able to think analytically and strategically
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills
