In this role, you will assist with various tasks related to CNC machining, including loading and unloading the CNC machine, checking parts for quality, assembling MDF doors, and supporting material handling. Responsibilities will include:

• CNC Machine Assistance: Help with the loading and unloading of parts from the CNC machine, ensuring smooth operation and timely processing of materials.
• Quality Control: Count and inspect parts to verify that they meet quality standards. Report any discrepancies or defects to the supervisor.
• Assembly: Glue and assemble 2-piece MDF doors, ensuring proper alignment and quality before moving to the next phase of production.
• Material Handling: Move materials and finished parts to designated areas within the production floor. Assist with inventory management as needed.
• General Support: Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, including assisting with machine setup and basic maintenance.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or CNC-related role is required.
•  Ability to assist in the operation of CNC machinery, basic knowledge of hand tools, and an understanding of quality control processes.
• Strong focus on accuracy and quality, ensuring that all parts meet the required specifications.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in a temporary capacity with the potential to transition to full-time employment based on performance.

Shift Details:

• Day Shift: 7:00AM – 4:00PM
• Monday – Friday 
• Pay rate: $ 20/hr
