About the Role The People & Culture (HR) Coordinator is responsible for fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. This role manages key human resource functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, benefits administration, and compliance. The Coordinator will work closely with the People & Operations Leader to align people strategies with organizational goals and collaborate with the Office Administrator to ensure accurate and efficient payroll and benefits processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep alignment with TechAlliance’s overall mission; strive to improve Southwestern Ontario and Canadian innovation to drive positive societal and economic outcomes; have HR coordination experience; and ideally have prior experience in the technology or innovation space.
