PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSOCIATE
POSITION TITLE: Psychological Associate (2.0 positions available)
SALARY RANGE: $75356-$101374
DATE OF VACANCY: As soon as possible

POSITION SUMMARY: The Psychological Associate is responsible for the diagnosis of disabilities and disorders affecting learning; communication of assessment results to parents, students and school personnel; behavioural consultation and intervention for students with social-emotional and behavioural disorders; provision of recommendations for programming based on assessment, consultation, and specialized knowledge of child development and learning; in-services training sessions for school personnel and parents; active participation in Program Development Team and other multi-disciplinary team meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: Graduation from a master’s degree program in Psychology or equivalent qualifications. Current registration as a Psychological Associate with the College of Psychologists of Ontario with competencies in school, clinical, counselling psychology or any combination of these with scope of practice including children and adolescents.
