Key Responsibilities:
- Office Organization:
- Ensure the office environment is neat, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
- Order office supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors.
- Mailing:
- Manage and arrange incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
- Scheduling:
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
- Manage calendars for executives or team members, and book travel arrangements including flights and hotels.
- Miscellaneous Tasks:
- Assist with various tasks as needed, such as organizing company events, preparing presentations, assisting visitors, and supporting other team members with their duties.
- Occasionally use your personal vehicle to pick up supplies (mileage will be reimbursed).
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.
Salary Range: $21-$23/hr + benefits + RRSP match.
