Qualifications:
- Certified Millwright 433A
- Above average troubleshooting skills
- Ability to handle several jobs and set priorities
- Ability to weld and machine components as necessary
- Ability to repair mechanical failures of machines including gearboxes, bearings, shafts, etc.
Duties:
- Repair of emergency breakdown work in a priority set either by the Maintenance individual or the Supervisor
- Completion of planned work as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Maintenance Planner
- Preventative maintenance checks/repairs as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Maintenance Planner
- Ensure that the work completed is recorded in a manner to ensure adequate information available for the Maintenance Supervisor
- Troubleshoot machine failures and repair as necessary within their abilities
- Update the computerized maintenance system by completing work orders and listing parts used
Shift Details:
- Continental schedule rotating days (8:00am – 8:00pm) and nights (8:00pm to 8:00am), every second weekend is a 3 day weekend.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, On-site position.
Location: Centre Wellington, Ontario
Salary: $40.57 to start, after 3 months goes to $41.43, plus premiums and bonuses.
