This is an exciting opportunity to join a skilled team manufacturing a growing line up of high-tech products and assemblies.  Assignment to a variety of manufacturing tasks with a constantly changing product line provides an interesting and challenging work environment.

Responsibilities will include:

• Operate a CNC / Touch Screen controlled press to insert clinch fasteners into a variety of metal products.
• Separate, sort, deburr, and finish sheet metal parts processed from CNC Laser and Punching machines.
• Load component parts, unload and inspect finished weldments from Robotic Welding Cells.
• Load, unload, and inspect parts on the automated powder coating conveyor system.
• Operate equipment in accordance with standard operating and quality assurance procedures.
• Verify comprehensiveness of work order documents and complete initial and in process quality inspections.
• Record work order completions and in-process fallout through SAP MRP data collection terminals.
• Report and discuss concerns or requirements for assistance with leadership
• Other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

• Operate a CNC / Touch Screen controlled press to insert clinch fasteners into a variety of metal products.
• Separate, sort, deburr, and finish sheet metal parts processed from CNC Laser and Punching machines.
• Load component parts, unload and inspect finished weldments from Robotic Welding Cells.
• Load, unload, and inspect parts on the automated powder coating conveyor system.
• Keep track of production quantities and report as jobs are completed.
• Ensure quality of parts produced by ensuring level position of parts within the press
• Able to workday shift, Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-2:00am, with flexibility as required to meet organizational needs

Shift Details:

• Afternoon Shift: 4:00 pm – 2:30 am
  • Monday – Thursday

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: $18.5/hr
